Issue: rnOn certain school buses, the protective barrier behind the driver's seat wasn't installed properly. As a result, a person seated behind the barrier may not be properly restrained in a crash. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA seat barrier that isn't strong enough could increase the risk of injury in a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnTrans Tech Bus will notify bus owners by mail and provide you with a retrofit kit to provide extra support for the protective barrier. Trans Tech Bus advises that you should not use the first passenger seat behind the driver until the recall repairs are completed.
