Issue: rnOn certain trucks, the latches that hold the chassis fairing step assembly could loosen. If this happens, the steps could move unexpectedly. rnrnSafety Risk: rnSteps that move when you get in or out of the cab could create a risk of injury. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnPACCAR will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to replace the bolts for the latch on the chassis fairing step assembly. The dealer will also add a bracket to strengthen the latch attachment area.
