Issue: rnUnder certain conditions, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) may not display the current tire pressure and temperature on the instrument panel's information center. Instead, it could incorrectly display a temperature and pressure that is much higher than the normal range. This could cause confusion about the actual tire pressure. Driving a vehicle with tires that are not properly inflated could cause poor handling and/or a tire failure. rnNote: The TPMS warning telltale will continue to function as designed and will alert you if the tire pressure is too low. This recall only affects motorhome chassis equipped with a SpartanLync tire pressure monitoring system. This recall is part of FL-935 (Transport Canada recall 2022-276). rnrnSafety Risk: rnPoor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnREV Group will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) authorized service facility to update the TPMS control module software. Additionally, a longer TPMS antenna mounting bracket will be installed on certain motorhomes.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2022284.
