Both registers carry the same date for this defect.
These are the dates each register records against its own notice. They are separate administrative acts in two countries, recorded by two authorities under two sets of rules, and this page does not claim that one caused the other or that owners in either country were contacted on those days. What it shows is that the same manufacturer campaign reached the two registers on different dates.
Read the American notice 22V773, including every earlier version of its wording this site holds. The Canadian register explains why the manufacturer code is published there and what that makes possible. Canada and America sets every matched pair side by side.

Issue: rnOn certain travel trailers, the interior cooktop burner could be affected by the operation of the furnace. This could potentially cause the burner flame to invert. rnrnSafety Risk: rnAn inverted burner flame could create the risk of a burn injury or cause a fire. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnJayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to seal any gaps that could allow return air from the furnace to cause an inverted flame on the cooktop. To minimize the safety risk, Jayco recommends that the furnace and interior cooktop should not be used at the same time before the recall repairs have been completed.
