Issue: rnOn certain motorhomes, the reservoir tank for the air brake system is too small. In certain situations, this could cause reduced braking. Canadian regulations require enough air reservoir capacity to ensure the brakes work even with heavy use, or when there is a partial loss of the air system. rnrnSafety Risk: rnReduced braking can cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnJayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a Spartan RV authorized service facility to replace the air reservoir tank.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2022686.
