Issue:rnOn certain buses, the bolts that attach the torque arm to the rear axle housing may not have been tightened correctly. As a result, the bolts may loosen over time and the rear axle could move from side-to-side. If this happens, there could be a sudden change in vehicle stability.rnrnSafety Risk:rnA sudden change in vehicle stability could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions:rnNavistar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your bus to a dealership to replace the bolts that attach the transverse torque arm to the rear axle, and tighten them correctly.
