Issue: rnOn a small number of RV trailers, the wire connections for the SmartPlug 30 A shore power inlet could crack. If this happens, the connections could overheat or detach and cause a short circuit. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA short circuit and/or overheated wiring could create the risk of a fire. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnAirstream will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to inspect the SmartPlug 30 A power inlet. If the power inlet has manganese bronze D-rings, the dealer will replace it with one that has aluminum D-rings.
