Issue: rnOn certain motorhomes, the Smart Data Link Connector (SDLC) module may have been damaged by moisture during vehicle assembly. As a result, the module, connector and wiring harness could corrode and cause the instrument cluster not to work. If this happens, warnings, tell-tales and gauges may not display properly. rnrnSafety Risk: rnWarnings, tell-tales, and gauges that don't display could increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnForest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a Ford dealership to replace the Smart Data Link Connector (SDLC) module and wiring harness, as necessary.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2023454.
