Both registers carry the same date for this defect.
These are the dates each register records against its own notice. They are separate administrative acts in two countries, recorded by two authorities under two sets of rules, and this page does not claim that one caused the other or that owners in either country were contacted on those days. What it shows is that the same manufacturer campaign reached the two registers on different dates.
Read the American notice 24V266, including every earlier version of its wording this site holds. The Canadian register explains why the manufacturer code is published there and what that makes possible. Canada and America sets every matched pair side by side.

Issue: rnOn a small number of trucks, the information on the tire and loading information label may be incorrect. This could lead you to overload the vehicle and/or to overinflate the spare tire. This could lead to poor handling and/or a tire failure. rnNote: This recall only affects certain trucks with the XLT trim level, FX4 package, and 4k trailer tow package. rn rnSafety Risk: rnPoor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnFord will mail a new tire and loading information label to each owner. If you would like help to install it, you can contact a Ford dealer to have it installed free of charge.
