Issue: rnOn certain side-by-side UTVs, the accelerator pedal arm could get stuck on a body trim panel. If this happens, the UTV may not slow down when you release the accelerator pedal. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA UTV that doesn't slow down when you release the accelerator pedal could increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnTo reduce the safety risk, ARGO recommends that you shouldn't use your UTV until the recall repairs are completed. ARGO will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your UTV to a dealership to replace the accelerator pedal.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2025161.
