Issue: rnOn a small number of RV trailers, the waste water tank vent may not have been installed properly. As a result, gas from the waste water tank could enter the RV. rn rnSafety Risk: rnSewer gas that enters the RV could increase the risk of injury. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnNone of the affected trailers have been delivered to customers. Forest River will instruct dealers to properly install the waste water tank vent before the trailers are delivered.
