Both registers carry the same date for this defect.
These are the dates each register records against its own notice. They are separate administrative acts in two countries, recorded by two authorities under two sets of rules, and this page does not claim that one caused the other or that owners in either country were contacted on those days. What it shows is that the same manufacturer campaign reached the two registers on different dates.
Read the American notice 25V771, including every earlier version of its wording this site holds. The Canadian register explains why the manufacturer code is published there and what that makes possible. Canada and America sets every matched pair side by side.

Issue: rnOn one RV trailer, the fuel hoses on the generator may not have been installed properly. As a result, fuel could enter the wrong side of the carburetor. rn rnSafety Risk: rnFuel in the wrong side of the carburetor can create the risk of a fire. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnTo reduce the safety risk, Keystone advises you not to use the generator until the recall repairs have been completed. Keystone will notify the owner by mail and advise them to take their RV trailer to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, reconnect the fuel hoses.
