Issue: rnOn certain transit buses, the emergency exit window latch could fail. As a result, the emergency exit window could open during a crash or be difficult to open in an emergency. rn rnSafety Risk: rnAn emergency exit window that opens in a crash could increase the risk of injury. An emergency exit that's difficult to open could slow your exit from the bus in an emergency and increase the risk of injury. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnNova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to repair the emergency exit window latch.
