Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, a software problem in the occupant restraint controller could cause the door airbag pressure sensor(s) not to work properly. As a result, the side airbag(s) may not work properly in a crash. rnNote: This recall affects 2022-2025 Grand Cherokee and 2023-2025 Grand Cherokee L models. rnrnSafety Risk: rnAirbags that don't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnFCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the occupant restraint controller software.
