What the notice says かじ取装置において、ステアリングシリンダ位置決め用平行ピンの長さが不適切なため、ステアリングシリンダをフロントアクスルケースに組み付けた際に、平行ピンがシリンダチューブに当たり、シリンダチューブが変形することがある。そのため、ハンドルを大きく旋回させた際、ステアリングチューブ内のピストンシールが損傷して、油圧を保持できず、ハンドル操作が効かなくなるおそれがある。
