１公道走行用に装着した保安部品や内外装部品等において、当該部品や取付け部の評価が足りず、灯火器類の不灯や部品の脱落、または破損等により、それぞれの機能が損失して、最悪の場合、保安基準に適合しないおそれがある。 ２変速機の主軸オイルシールにおいて、気密性能が不十分なため、変速機内部の潤滑油を密封できないものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該オイルシールから潤滑油が滲みだし、路面に滴下するおそれがある。 ３アクセルペダルを戻すためのアクセルリターンスプリングの強度が不足している。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該スプリングが折損し、最悪の場合、アクセルペダルが戻りきらない他、手動運転時に、パーキングブレーキが作動しなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
