What the notice says メインハーネスにおいて、ｏ２センサの配線に接続するコネクタの防水構造が不適切なため、雨天走行等でコネクタに溜まった水が、原動機を停止した際などｏ２センサが冷えることにより、当該コネクタ内部に吸い込まれ、端子が短絡することがある。そのため、エンジン警告灯が点灯し、そのまま使用を続けると、排出ガスが基準値を満足しなくなるおそれがある。

メインハーネスにおいて、Ｏ２センサの配線に接続するコネクタの防水構造が不適切なため、雨天走行等でコネクタに溜まった水が、原動機を停止した際などＯ２センサが冷えることにより、当該コネクタ内部に吸い込まれ、端子が短絡することがある。そのため、エンジン警告灯が点灯し、そのまま使用を続けると、排出ガスが基準値を満足しなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、メインハーネスとＯ２センサのコネクタ内の端子を点検し、錆が認められないものは、防水カバーを取付けてテープで固定する。錆が認められるものは、メインハーネスを対策品と交換するとともにＯ２センサを新品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
