What the notice says 電動機用電源装置において、高電圧バッテリ内の電池セルを製造する治具の管理が不適切なため、セル内部に異物が混入したものがある。そのため、異物がセルを構成する電極層まで貫通すると、電解液が漏れてパワーシステム警告灯が点灯する。そのまま使用を続けると、バッテリの出力が低下し加速不良となる。また、低温環境下で電解液により温度センサが損傷するとフェールセーフが働き、バッテリの出力を停止させて、走行継続不可警告灯が点灯し走行不能となるおそれがある。
