What the notice says 燃料蒸発ガス抑止装置（キャニスター）の大気開放口に設けられているフィルターの構造 が不適切なため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、大気開放口がつまり、燃料タンク内 の圧力変動により燃料タンクが変形し、最悪の場合、燃料ポンプの電気配線が切断されて 原動機が停止し、再始動が出来なくなるおそれがある。
