What the ministry says is wrong
燃料ポンプにおいて、クイックカプラーの脱着作業指示が不適切なため、燃料ポンプのマウントドームに亀裂が発生することがある。そのため、燃料ポンプ等の熱膨張・収縮によって当該亀裂が進行すると、燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、燃料が高温部に付着して発火するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、マウントドームを点検し、亀裂が無い場合は、サポートリングを装着し、亀裂が有る場合は、対策品の燃料ポンプに交換する。なお、燃料ポンプを２ ヶ装着している車両については、２ ヶとも措置を行う。また、ライダーズマニュアルにクイックカプラー脱着時の注意事項を説明した補追版を挿入する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
