前照灯において、ロービームを制御しているリレーの製造が不適切なため、リレー内部の素子と基板のはんだ付けが不十分なものがある。そのため、エンジンの熱によりはんだ付け部の電気抵抗が増加すると、通電時に発熱してリレーが損傷し、ロービームが点灯しなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
