What the notice says Ｄｍｅ（エンジン制御システム全体を統括する電子制御ユニット）の車載式故障診断装置の診断プログラムにおいて、設計検討が不十分なため、可変バルブ機構（バルブトロニック）関連の異常を検出した際に診断情報がメモリに保存されず、失われることがある。また、酸素センサー等の関連する部品の故障を同時に検出した場合、それらの診断情報も失われて警告灯が点灯しないおそれがある。そのため、関連部品の故障により排気ガスの量が増加した場合に検出できず、保安基準に適合しないおそれがある。

全車両、ＤＭＥのプログラムを更新する。 なお、上記措置は以下のいずれかにより行う。 － 販売店に入庫し、診断機に接続することにより実施する。 － 準備が整い次第、対象車両へ遠隔配信にて配信し、使用者自身でインストールする。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
