What the notice says パンク応急修理用具において、応急修理用ホースの口金構造及び圧力逃し弁の開弁圧力調整が不適切なため、当該ホースが正しく接続されていない状態でパンク修理を行うと、修理剤ボトル内部に過大な圧力が加わることがある。そのため、使用中または使用後の保管中にボトル内部の圧力が耐圧を超えると、修理剤ボトルが破損して構成部品が飛散し、最悪の場合、使用者が負傷するおそれがある。

パンク応急修理用具において、応急修理用ホースの口金構造及び圧力逃し弁の開弁圧力調整が不適切なため、当該ホースが正しく接続されていない状態でパンク修理を行うと、修理剤ボトル内部に過大な圧力が加わることがある。そのため、使用中または使用後の保管中にボトル内部の圧力が耐圧を超えると、修理剤ボトルが破損して構成部品が飛散し、最悪の場合、使用者が負傷するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、パンク応急修理用具を対策品と交換する。なお、部品の準備に時間を要することから、使用者にパンク応急修理用具の使用停止を要請して部品を回収し、部品準備が整い次第、改めて案内し対策品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
