Concern

Fuel lines may chafe in clamps.

Defect, as DVSA words it

The fuel hoses' plastic clamps may wear through the hoses and cause a fuel leak.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Replace any wear damaged fuel hoses and fit new hose clamps. Additionally install a vent pipe in the fuel supply system.
