Concern

Incorrect tyre valves fitted

Defect, as DVSA words it

Risk that some wheels are fitted with the incorrect tyre pressure valves. If the valve fails the wheel could deflate whilst in use and effect the directional control of the vehicle.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Manufacturer to send safety recall letter to owners of the vehicles that are likely to be affected. From the instructions/descriptions contained within the letter owners will be able to ascertain if the incorrect valves are fitted. On contacting Swift a set of correct valves will be supplied with a letter entitling the owner to have the valves fitted free of charge at their nearest ATS depot.

What changed since we first read it

Nothing yet. The wording has been the same on every read since 4 September 2026. The file is read again every day; if DVSA rewrites the defect, remedy or concern, the old and new text will appear here with both dates.

The same recall in other registers

No match found in the American, Canadian or European registers by manufacturer reference, because DVSA lists none for this recall. A recall can exist abroad under a different reference; this site only claims a match when the reference agrees.
