Concern

Possible reduction of braking efficiency

Defect, as DVSA words it

It has been identified that the possibility exists that the Duo-Duplex brake adjusting mechanism may non operate correctly. Should this be the case possible loss of front and rear brake adjustment may occur which can result in loss of braking efficiency on both the service and parking brake systems.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Recalled vehicles will have the brake stations of both the front and rear axles fitted with a modified brake adjuster kit.

What changed since we first read it

Nothing yet. The wording has been the same on every read since 4 September 2026. The file is read again every day; if DVSA rewrites the defect, remedy or concern, the old and new text will appear here with both dates.

The same recall in other registers

No match found in the American, Canadian or European registers by manufacturer reference. A recall can exist abroad under a different reference; this site only claims a match when the reference agrees.
