Possibility of loss of drive

Defect, as DVSA words it

The auxiliary drive belt tensioner may fail. If the tensioner fails it would cause a loss of power steering assistance and possible loss of drive.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Replace the auxiliary drive belt tensioner.
