Concern

Fuel may leak leading to engine cut out

Defect, as DVSA words it

It has been identified that due to a quality issue a crack or fracture can develop in the fuel passage of the fuel injector. This could therefore result in a fuel leak and possibly cause an engine stalling situation.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Recall all the affected vehicles and replace the affected components with countermeasure components.

What changed since we first read it

Nothing yet. The wording has been the same on every read since 4 September 2026. The file is read again every day; if DVSA rewrites the defect, remedy or concern, the old and new text will appear here with both dates.
