Concern

Body control module may fail to warn driver of indicator light malfunction

Defect, as DVSA words it

Due to an incorrect software setting of the Body Control Module (BCM) the system may not trigger a warning (double speed flashing) in the case of a direction indicator lamp failure.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

On affected vehicles reprogram the Body Control Module.
