Concern

Seat belt buckle rubbing against plastic seat cover

Defect, as DVSA words it

On affected vehicles in certain circumstances the drivers seat belt buckle (steel rope) is rubbing against the plastic seat cover which may result in damage to the wire. In the event of an accident there is a risk the seat belt buckle steel rope could break.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

On affected vehicles inspect the seat belt buckle and in the case of damage replace accordingly.
