Possibility that the plastic roller piston may detach from the axle

Defect, as DVSA words it

It may be possible that the plastic roller piston detaches from the axle.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

The screw connection of the plastic roller piston on all axles has to be retightened to the torque of 92Nm.
