Concern

There may be a malfunction of the neutral position switch on vehicles with a manual transmission

The parking brake may be released due to an electrical fault in the neutral position switch.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Change parameter in Electronic Air-Processing Unit (EAPU) control unit.
