Concern

A manufacturing issue could prevent the accelerator pedal from returning to its resting position

Defect, as DVSA words it

Inconsistent fitment of the fuse box and the electrical harness may prevent the accelerator pedal from returning to its resting position.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Check and if necessary rework the A-post lower trim ensuring correct clearance of the trim to the accelerator pedal.
