Concern

Nuts fitted in the bolted connection of the right and left transverse link may not be to specifcation

Defect, as DVSA words it

Nuts of deviating material quality were fitted in the bolted connection of the right and left transverse link on the bottom of the multi-link rear axle.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

The nuts of the right and left transverse link on the bottom of the multi-link rear axle will be replaced.
