Signs of fatigue at some of the welded joints of the hydrogen gas tank supporting steel frame

Defect, as DVSA words it

The steel frame supporting the hydrogen gas tanks in the �engine bay� of the vehicle may show signs of fatigue at some of the welded joints leading in some cases to the failure of the joint.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Do not drive and rework the various areas of the frame with redesigned and strengthened bracketry.
