Concern

Mounting screws of the steering box may become loose

Defect, as DVSA words it

The mounting screws of the steering rack may become loose.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Replace the fastening screws of the hydraulic steering rack assembly to the front driving axle including an additional application of specific Loctite adhesive 243 to the securing screws.
