Concern

2nd Row Rear Seat Back Frame On Certain Toyota Highlander

Defect, as DVSA words it

On affected vehicles certain points on the ends of the 40% side of the rear seat-back mid-bar may not have been manufactured with a minimum radius.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Installation of a protective cover on the second-row rear 40% split seat back frame mid-bar end.
