Tyre tread may separate

Defect, as DVSA words it

On affected vehicles under certain tyre service conditions irregular tyre wear may develop which may result in breakage of the zero-degree reinforcement and lead to potential detachment of parts of the tread layer and/or sudden air loss.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Replace the rear tyre
