Defect, as DVSA words it

This safety recall involves bolts which fix the left and right side rear seat safety belts to the vehicle body or bolts which fix the rear bench seat configuration backrest locking brackets to the vehicle body. One of these bolts may not have been tightened to specifications and over time could loosen and also potentially cause damage to either the left or right side rear seat safety belt webbing.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

The possibly affected fixing bolts will be checked and either tightened to specifications or replaced as necessary. The condition of the left and right side rear seat safety belts will be checked and if necessary replaced.
