Defect, as DVSA words it

Mercedes-Benz AG has determined that on certain G-Class (465 platform) vehicles with fully electric drive the wheel bolts might not meet the requirements.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

As a remedy Mercedes-Benz AG via its Mercedes-Benz service partners will replace the wheel bolts on the affected vehicles.
