SRT 382 - Incorrect Vertical Load Value on Trailer Hitch Label for 2024-2025MY Crosstrek Vehicles

Defect, as DVSA words it

For 2024-2025MY Crosstrek vehicles equipped with the genuine accessory trailer hitch for the European market the trailer hitch carries a vertical load value on its label that is lower than the vehicle’s vertical load value indicated in the Certificate of Conformity (CoC).

Remedy, as DVSA words it

For all the vehicles with the affected parts Subaru dealers will replace the trailer hitch assembly with the countermeasure part.
