The front steering knuckle clamp bolts may not have been tightened sufficiently.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Recall the vehicles that are affect (the vehicles that have had recall number RM/2005/030 completed prior to 03/03/2006) to inspect the steering knuckle clamp bolts and replace as necessary. Refit the clamp bolts and tighten to the correct torque.
