Concern

Rear seating safety belt installation needs a minor upgrade

Defect, as DVSA words it

The rear seating safety belt installation may not perform as intended under high loads.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Depending on vehicle age an additional small bracket to the rear of the seat frame the replacement of some of the seat fixings and relocating of certain components within the seat box may be required.
