THE REINFORCEMENT INSERTS SPECIFIED IN THE CONNECTORS USED WITH THE SYNFLEX SERVICE BRAKE HOSES TO THE BOGIE WHEELS MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED. THIS COULD RESULT IN INADEQUATE RETENTION OF THE HOSE TO THE CONNECTOR WHICH COULD ALLOW THE HOSE TO DISCONNECT DURING BRAKE APPLICATION, CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKING ON THE AFFECTED WHEELS.
