VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH SW56, 78, 82 AND 86 SERIES REAR AXLES. THE REAR AXLE TRUNNION BRACKET MAY DEVELOP CRACKS. IF THE CRACKS ARE NOT DETECTED, CONTINUED OPERATION COULD ULTIMATELY LEAD TO TRUNNION TUBE SEPARATION FROM THE TRUNNION AND PERMIT AXLE ASSEMBLY DISLOCATION. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL WITHOUT WARNING, WITH VEHICLE CRASH THE POTENTIAL OCCURANCE.
