THE STEERING INTERMEDIATE SHAFT COUPLING CLAMP MAY NOT HAVE BEEN PROPERLY TIGHTENED. IF THE CLAMP BOLT IS NOT PROPERLY TIGHTENED, THE INTERMEDIATE SHAFT MAY SEPARATE FROM THE UPPER SHAFT WITH RESULTANT LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND VEHICLE CRASH COULD OCCUR.
