VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH FIRESTONE F78-15 DELUXE CHAMPION SUP-R-BELT WHITE STRIPE OR BLACKWALL TIRES. THE SUSPECT TIRES WERE MANUFACTURED WITH AN INCORRECT BODY PLY FABRIC IN THE SIDEWALL AREA. VEHICLES WERE BUILT FROM EARLY TO MID FEBRUARY, 1976.
