BUSES EQUIPPED WITH ROCKWELL FORGED ALUMINUM WHEEL HUBS. THE ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL HUB (PART NUMBER 33Y2209X) HAS A DESIGN DEFICIENCY IN THE AREA OF THE WHEEL MOUNTING FLANGE WHICH COULD LEAD TO FAILURE OF THE HUB.
