CONVENTIONAL HIGHWAY TRUCKS BUILT FROM JAN 1, 1976 TO JULY 15, 1976. WITHOUT FRONT WHEEL BRAKES. CERTAIN OF THE SUBJECT TRUCKS WERE DELIVERED WITHOUT THE FRONT WHEEL SPACER INSTALLED SUCH THAT THE FRONT WHEEL WILL NOT MOUNT FLAT AGAINST THE HUB SURFACE CAUSING AN OVERSTRESSED CONDITION IN THE HUB AREA.
