VEHICLES MAY BE EQUIPPED WITH ROCKWELL FORGED ALUMINUM FRONT AXLE HUBS (PART NO. 3233-Y-2209X) WHICH MAY CRACK AND FAIL NEAR THE WHEEL MOUNTING FLANGE. FAILURE COULD ALLOW THE WHEEL AND TIRE TO DISENGAGE FROM THE VEHICLE.
